The first Psychic Alliance song ever written. It came out fully formed (well it is only one and a half chords after all) after taking a huge bong rip and playing my guitar and singing along to Prokofiev's Peter and The Wolf first thing in the morning after I had just moved back to Calgary. The lyrics just popped out at the same time. My friends Luka (The Hair Adjustor) and Jared, our first bass player were there with me, and it seemed to be the very first day of the summer. A few weeks later the Psychic Alliance had formed, and spent the whole summer having pretty much sweet adventures all the time and living in a great imaginary world that most of our early songs came out of. There's a recording somewhere out there of the very first performance of this song, which we recorded live in a recording studio as our first ever jam as a band. I like this version too, but it's way to fucking long. Blame Devon Dunbar.
