The title is a reference to Devon's attempt at writing a cross between Living Thing by ELO and Spirit of the Radio by Rush. Somehow it sounds like neither. The lyrics are about my friend Marie trying on different hats in the mirror when she feels bad. Oh, also, I was looking at a stack of VHS movies when I wrote this, so titles like Running Scared and Do The Right Thing got incorporated. Squeeze and Shake is the message on the side of the VHS slipcovers the store used. First year english students will also receive extra credit for noticing the title of a Walt Whitman poem in here somewhere.
